While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed,
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping,
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
  • Products you’ve added to the wishlist and to the cart: we’ll use this to show you and other users your favourite products, and to create targeted email campaigns,
  • Wishlists you’ve created: we’ll keep track of the wishlists you create, and make them visible to the e-shop staff,
  • Comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them,
  • Data from submitted Contact From, if you choose to submit it,
  • Public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order,
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints,
  • Process payments and prevent fraud,
  • Set up your account for our store,
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes,

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for tax and accounting purposes for 6 years from the end of the year to which they relate. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.


Our website uses small files known as cookies to enhance user experience and for functionality reasons.

We may also share information about your behaviour on the website with third parties (including operators of third-party websites and/or social networking sites) in order to show you targeted advertisements and other content that has been customized for you.


Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Our website makes use of Facebook API to receive public data for Facebook feed. You may request us to delete our Facebook data if it is accidentally cached in our website database with feed data. We enabled “show” option for Facebook feed, Facebook will load some JavaScript and embedded content which may track visitors. Facebook embeds are regulated under terms of Facebook Privacy Policy.

We embed Facebook Comments plugin to allow you to leave comment at our website using your Facebook account. This plugin may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the commenting interface, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the interface (such as “liking” someone’s comment, replying to other comments), if you are logged into Facebook. We embed a Facebook widget to allow you to see number of likes/shares/recommends and “like/share/recommend” our webpages. This widget may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the widget, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the widget (such as “liking/sharing/recommending” our webpage), if you are logged in to Facebook. We use a Linkedin Share widget at our website to allow you to share our webpages on Linkedin. These requests may track your IP address in accordance with their Data Privacy Policy.

These all other websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.


We use the AdWords and Remarketing Lists features of Google Analytics. We and Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our website. This means that vendors including Google will display our website’s promotional material on other sites you visit across the internet.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and e-shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent,
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information,
  • Wishlist and cart details, such as products added, date of addition, name and privacy settings of your wishlists and carts.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.


We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you. Those service providers and suppliers are bound by Data Processing Agreements/legal obligations, and they are obliged to safeguard confidentiality and data protection according to the data protection regulation.

Such service providers and suppliers may be:

We collect payment information about you during the checkout process on our store.

We accept payments through Viva Payment Services S.A. and PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Viva Payment Services S.A. and PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
